Week after doing something embarrassing, mainly when im drunk i have really intense cringe attacks and it mainly always happens when im in the shower??

    The shampoo cleans your hair but not your conscience? Whatever, you have one. So maybe try to stop embarrassing yourself.

    Sounds to me like you shouldn't drink in the shower! LOL!

    Only a week or month or so? I've had an occasional "cringe attack" as you call it many years after something embarrassing. It rarely happens to me these days, but I can certainly relate to what you've described.
