^ That. Although I disagree in that you can exercise your creativity to make your nonfiction writing more pleasurable to read. We've all read dreadful, boring textbooks, but great textbook authors make you actually want to read the otherwise dry material. Even better, you can always go into non-fiction or technical writing to pay the bills and try to break into more 'fun' writing without going broke or living with your parents forever.
