Cut all contact with him, if he calls, don't answer it and if he texts don't reply. I'm not sure where u live but where I'm from it's called harassment! Keep copies of all texts, voicemails,phone calls, everything and if he keeps going, go to the cops! Just cut ALL conyact with him and dont run around giving him money from friends or whatever, let him do his own dirty work! He has another girlfriend, he is her problem now! He sounds crazy!!
