You need to find the reason behind it, perhaps if you think to yourself what is it that is uncomfortable, and how can you change it. Do you feel emotionally close to your bf? How about trust. Perhaps talking to him may help, but try and have ideas of why you may feel this way first, because if you tell him about it he is probably going to want to know why too.
