  • I crack my back about ten times a day at least, it just realises built up gases which sit in between the joints, I've been told it shouldn't do any harm, but you should ask your doctor yourself, because all professionals don't seem to agree on the same things if that makes any sense? I do seem to think it's become a habit for me now? Because if I don't crack it, it seems to hurt more.... Like I'm making the gases build up quicker by actually cracking it? Wow we really should get out more!? Lol
