Maybe she just thinks you're too damn skinny and she's being motherly?
It's difficult to refuse gifts that are meant to be kind, but I think you have to tell her - in the most tactful way you can manage - that the food makes you uncomfortable. Maybe you could just ask her, in a half-jokey way, why she keeps giving you food.
