Yeh. How come an alarm doesn't go off when he goes out the door, or he's not seen on the cameras? I thought those cameras now can view every inch of the store.
My sister's boyfriend works Security for a retail store. They sometimes let the person keep stealing over the course of a few weeks or months. They keep records of everything they steal until the dollar amount is high enough. After that they catch the thief, call the cops, and the person is looking at significant jail time. That could be happening to your cousin right now. It's best not to go shopping with him. No point in going down with him.
