Haha that's great. It's not passive aggressive when it's disciplining a child lol. As long as its nothing rodiculously spicy i have no moral objections. The big licorice ones if they're still around would probably do the trick. Something tells me this kid probably eats his own boogers so maybe don't go with that flavor.
Normally I'd say just bring more candy but if he's litterally snatching it from your 2 year old and you have no authority to discipline the child then this sounds like a good idea. Just don't go out of the way and feed him the dog shit jellybeans, but if he happens to steal one without permission that tastes like shit, that's on him.
