At first I thought it said 100 pounds ( I don't have my glasses on) and I was thinking "For anyone over 5'3" that would be anorexic, that doesn't sound obese to me." That being said, your actual statement isn't fair. Obesity is judged by shape and body fat percentage not weight alone. Muscle weighs more than fat, so it's not that uncommon to see a body builder of that weight.
