Constant staring by colleague

Hi guys, I chanced upon this site while searching for the reasons why people stare. These days I noticed my colleague have been staring whenever she walks pass me or when she does something she would want to look in my direction and stare somehow. I feel so suffocated working in this room with her with constant staring.. :(( Is it normal or not? This is so frustrating, and not like I could do anything about it cause she's the one marking my grades. I'm an intern by the way! I even resorted to using a document holder to block my face but it's not huge enough to block.. someone give me an advice on how I can deal with it?

I think she likes you . I think you might wanna confront her about this problem .

Well look back and smile. Communication is the key to figuring things out so do it. Trying to hide is ridiculous and weird

Stick your tongue out and make a face when she is looking.

Sounds like she is unhappy at home. You should ask if she's satisfied.

Stare back for a little while, then give her a big smile and look away and ignore her staring.
