Ok, having said all this, I will finally address ur question.. taking speed to lose weight. Honestly I'm guilty of doing this myself. On the days I lift weights, I BBQ organic hamburger mixed in with garlic (solo yummy that way!) I will eat, then do it, wait an hour and a half then lift weights for 3-4 hours. I drink dandelion tea (especially good for weight loss and weight lifting)
