ADderall is prescribed in some regions for weight loss. It's primarily for ADD treatment and it DOES work for both. As you said, don't abuse them. That leads to problems way worse than weight issues. I personally see no reason why you couldn't take it under medical supervision, and proper education on the medication and a healthy lifestyle :)
