  • I would not suggest this at all. Using Amphetamines can have extreme Physical and Psychological Effects. I can relate to you because I'm 23, have severe ADHD and at my heaviest I weighed 240 Pounds. I'm now at a healthy weight, weighing at 170 Pounds. My Secret? A healthy dietary regimen and adequate physical activity.

Remember, you don't want to lose weight, you want to lose weight in FAT. Weight can be anything. It can be weight in water, muscle tissue, bodily fluids, excretions and etc.

Here's what I did. I reduced my calorie intake to about 2,000 per calories a day, ate 5 times a day (3 small meals with 2 snacks in-between), drank lots of water and walked at least 30 minutes total per day. Getting in shape doesn't have to be a huge struggle. You can find some good tasting healthy alternative foods such as Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice and Fiber One. If you can't exercise for extended periods of time, try doing it for short periods of time a few times per day.

There's no easy way around this. If you want genuine weight loss that is healthy and long-lasting, this is the only way to do it.

    Best of luck.
