if it is someone whose sexual history you are not familiar with then you should. i have wear a condom for oral sex before, but like the above poster that was with a stripper. with all my long term girlfriends, they were either virgins or we knew each others history. and i get my self checked out whenever i enter a new relationship, so i havent had much to worry about. i recommend using a condom though, if you feel at all nervous about receiving oral and not. it definitely wouldnt hurt. feels a little different, but isn't your health more important
