Girls, from my experience, do tell you if you're attractive, sometimes directly and sometimes it's implied. Hell, just lady night I just got told I look like Sam Winchester, that's a compliment right there. Other times it's more direct.
Look, not all of us are attractive, some of us are ugly and that's just howit is. You can compensate for it with personality traits, being funny, etc. Maybe you should also set realistic standards when it comes to the opposite sex too.
