The logic is as following:
If you don't like anal, you don't see your butt as a pleasure point and are presumed to not pay much attention to that body part. Just like let's say someone compliments your arms and feet - you're gonna find it creepy, aren't you (unless you are into foot fetish which is highly unlikely).
