There's nothing wrong with community college and your so-called "friends" are wrong for saying those things. Forget about those people, make new friends and apply yourself to your studies. In a couple years, you'll be at one of the universities they're attending, probably making better grades than they are, and where you'll meet a better caliber person than those people you "thought" were your friends.
