Well, I can assure you being in communtiy college in no sense means you're stuck in high school. When I graduated high school I basically jumped into my car, gave them the middle finger and said "Good riddens motherfucka's!" I myself am in community college, and obviously, it's not because I'm stuck in high school. For me, community college is just away to prepare for the real school I plan on going to. I graduated two years back and I'm still just trying to get my credits. Don't worry about what they say about community college. It's not for everyone but for others it is.
Now as far as missing your friends and everything goes, try to call them and reconnect. Just because you graduated high school doesn't mean they're gone from you completely. It just mean you guys have taken the next step in life. And I'm sure that you will make more friends in community college. I myself have met some of the most wonderful people at my college, and found that I got along with more people there far more in high school. Don't sweat it! It's always tough when you first get out there because it's a knew start in life and your so used to the way things were, but I believe that after a while you'll get used to it. It just takes some time.
