I was really into hardcore/punk in high school. I generally only go to one or two of those kinds of shows a year, but when I do go I love getting into it and just blow off a bit of steam. But sometimes I feel maybe it's a tad immature and I'm getting too old for that kind of stuff, but then I see guys who like twice my age doing the same thing. I dunno, should I feel weird?
You must do it. There may come a day where you aren't able to anymore, and you will kick yourself for not doing it more.

I do not know how it got started but some people act like 30 is so old and decrepit. Like AARP, final decisions, life insurance, arthritis, etc.
But no. The truth is - 27/28 is pretty much the mere start of really being an adult. Yeah I am soon 44 so 28 seems kinda sorta young.
On the other hand - do not get offended if the kids there say, "Whoa, did you see the old dude in the mosh pit?" If i heard that i would say, "Oh yeah the older kid".
