I'm sorry WHAT? I suppose in theory impregnating yourself with a used, non-spermicidal condom could be possible but why on Earth would you use a condom during sex if you want to get pregnant? Pregnancy is difficult to achieve if you're having sex outside the mother's cycle's fertile window and even if she is fertile it can still be difficult.
But to answer your question, I think whether or not you should pay child support depends on your involvement in conception. If you had protected sex, then she took the condom and tried to impregnate herself without your consent, then no. If you were fully aware that she was doing it and allowed her to do it, then yes.
