Child support is horse shit about collecting. More so than any other debt including back taxes, student debt, and especially civil debts like credit cards.
If a child has your DNA, you are going to pay for it. Non-custodial parents have said and tried every trick in the book to get out of it but eventually it catches up. That is unless the custodial parent does not pursue it and if she is not getting GOVT assistance.
Bitches on the system are given priority because child support counts as part of her income and thereby lowering her benefits.
