There's always going to be bacteria on any part of the body. That's just how skin is. Skin is skin, and as long as you keep your ass clean it is the same as any other body part. At least it would be the same amount of bacteria as a vagina (probably less, actually, vaginas are great breeding grounds for bacteria) or a penis. Honestly if you look into it too much, any sexual act is going to start sounding gross. But showering does help. Yes there will always be bacteria, but that applies to any part of the body. Humans have so much bacteria, everywhere. So if someone likes eating ass, let em eat ass. You don't have to do it if it's not your thing. Humans take countless risks every day without even realizing it, so don't shame people for having one of their risks be enjoyable.
