It's not something I do, nor something that I've heard a lot about from other women.
Of course, I always lose interest in the 'hot guy' conversation after the mention of abs or biceps on a guy I don't find attractive, which are most. So most girls lose interest in talking to me about it.
What I should say is that style is first on the list for me, which most guys don't make it past. So I don't usually go far enough to look at the bulge, which is last for me.

I do not do this, but I'm aware that other women do because sometimes they talk about it. Apparently I was the only one at an office I worked at that had never noticed how overly endowed one of the surgeons was. He looked like a sweet nerd, but apparently he had a lot to carry around.
