It's very normal to be attracted to cartoons but if that's the only thing that turns you on then it's probably not normal. That doesn't mean it's bad or anything. My guess is that you've probably struggled with relationships and/or contact with people and because of that struggle you try to avoid real people.
I can relate to you because I can be sexually attracted to cartoons too. I can understand that it's easier to be attracted to cartoons because they can't lie, say " no " or be cruel towards you like real people can.
Honestly though, if you can find humans sexually attractive in the form of cartoons, what reason is there for you to not have the potential to be attracted to them in a real setting?
I think this is a matter of either fear of human contact and/or self-esteem/self-confidence issues. I can tell you that most people out there aren't going to judge you as harshly as you might think. My suggestion would be to go out with a friend(s) so that you're still in your " comfort " zone and can approach people with more confidence. It would also help if you joined a support group too. There's no shame in joining a support group. You're all there to help each other.
