Cant seem to generate body heat on my own

So I cant produce body heat for some reason or it's always at least very little. I always have to wear coats even when I'm indoors and obviously it weirds people out but without something to keep me warm 24/7 I'll freeze to death :/ even if its summer I have to wear a jacket or else I'll just break down into shivers. Also everyone else in my family has this problem too. We never sweat either. Idk if that's related but no doctor I've gone too can help us either and I'm at my wits end

Eat " hot foods" (google it)
Hot foods are those which help in generating body heat , like honey, oranges, mango, green tea and many more, but eating too much will irritate your stomach so take it in a controlled diet

Mammals generate their own body heat but reptiles don't. It could be the heat regulatory system in you is off kilter. I don't have an answer so see a doc that is a specialist for an answer.
