    I would take the opportunity to make others as uncomfortable as possible. Passing gas is good. Pretending to talk on your mobile phone about the highly contagious disease you've just found out you had is good. Use your imagination and have fun.

        Recruit someone else from the queue. I find that just engaging random strangers is often the best way to find a partner in crime. If you can make them unwittingly so, then so much the better. The main point is that you take a dull activity and turn it into fun. You may even shorten the queue if you're quite clever. Try strapping some road flares to your chest and announce that you plan to make a final stand for your deity. That should get things moving nicely.
