Can you get hearing damage from dreams?

Ive been wondering lately, can you get hearing damage from dreams?

This happened to me multiple times, in these nightmares they ended with an extremely loud noise, recently it was a constant beep, and then it was a very loud ringing. Then i wake up with loud ringing in my ears and strange noise similar to a tv when it like you know, doesnt want to work and there is a fuzzy screen or something. I just felt like i got hearing damage. Is this possible?

Hearing loss is caused by physical damage to the sound-sensitive cells of the inner ear. Sounds in dreams are all in your brain, so loud dream noises can't cause hearing loss.

The ringing in your ears sounds like tinnitus, and that can be caused by lots of different things. Have a read of the link below and see if anything there is relevant.

It sounds like you need more water before/during sleep. The loud noises in your dreams are the brains way of saying, "Hey. Don't get us killed pal."

you can't sleep talking loud enough to damage yourself. ask your doctor about it.
