I feel that I have a problem. I am married and I believe I have a sex addiction. I have sex with my wife everyday and have incredible urges anytime I see women. I try to stay faithful to my wife and up until now I have never had sex with another girl (while married). But its a struggle everyday. I have ex girlfriends that I could probably go get with for casual sex. Anytime I see a woman's figure I think about contacting an ex.

It just seems nothing makes the urges go away and they have not gotten less as I've aged. I also masturbate often and when I workout it just makes the urges stronger. The better shape I'm in the worse it is. I spend a great deal of time having sex or masturbating, and if I'm not doing either I'm lusting after women. I think of women 24 7.

    Idk. Try taking ashwaganda. It should balance your hormones but it will also make you horny but thats cause they're balanced. Im thinking it will balance them and you can go back to Normal sex hopefully. Either that or your possessed by a evil spirit that makes you crave sex the way you do.

    Sounds normal to me, just a difficult situation to be in. Maybe there's an outlet for this energy, assuming cheating on your wife is not an option.

    Castration usually will reduce your sex drive somewhat. Give that a try.

    Yeah that sounds like a sex addiction. Good on you for not acting on your urges to cheat. There is therapy for all kinds of addictions including sex addiction and there's probably medication you could take.

    Take Prozac or Paxil or Lexapro, these can lower sex drive.

      I take prozac once a day. It doesn't help.

        increase the dosage to 20 or 40 mgs. there are other meds like antipsychotics which can decrease sex drive even more, but they are more harmful to a healthy mind and body than antidepressants.
