I'm not sure if this guy is trolling, or like 12 years old with an overactive imagination, or lives in some backwards country that enslaves their warfighters or what. If he's serious then he definitely doesn't live in the USA.
In the US, you don't make a 20 year commitment all at once, it's only like 3 years at a time. And even then you're only deployed overseas for at most 9 months at a time. And when you aren't deployed, you're allowed to have a social life off base in your downtime. You don't have to hide your wife "under a bunker".
Based on some of the responses he's typed, I'm going to go with the 12 year old theory.
