Can wind give you a papercut?

Earlier today I got a paper cut on my left hand between my thumb and forefinger. I don't even own any paper, so it couldn't have actually been caused by paper, but boy it was very windy.

I went outside for maybe 5 minutes to go get food, maybe longer or shorter. And then a few hours passed and I noticed the cut.

I only was on my phone so I don't know what else could have done it. Also it wasn't much blood so it makes sense I didn't notice it before.

This was only one cut and it happened earlier today. I know it was the wind because it couldn't have been anything else. But am posting this anyways.

No, and if it did, it would be called a windcut.

You cut wind all the time; the wind is just getting its own back.

If the wind did cut you, then you should never go back outside.
