I've been a vegetarian for 6 years, I've always eaten eggs. When I went veg I ate tuna (I never liked fish except tuna), foods with animal products (like chicken ramen), and eggs. I stopped eating those things (cept eggs) completely within my first 2 years. Whenever it was brought up, no matter what stage, my answer was always "I'm a vegetarian".
As long as you don't eat meat (meaning chicken and beef as well as red meat (no cheating =P )) you are a vegetarian. Grab some fish and eggs if that's your veggie way.
