Can u be anerexic and healthy

I don't eat a lot mostly just lunch and a snack after school but yet I'm muscular due to exercising

    fat people are muscular under all the blubber . if you are anorexic your muscles atrophy. No exceptions.

    In our culture eating 3 meals a day is the norm but other cultures eat one or two meals a day. I see nothing wrong here.

    People with anorexia eat very little, but the mental illness is about the faulty perception anorexics have of their own body and their attitude towards food.

    The fact that you eat only one meal a day plus a snack does not mean you have anorexia; it just means that you don't eat in what's considered a normal pattern in our culture.

    If you're in the normal range of body weight for your height and you have obvious muscles, that suggests you're getting adequate nourishment from what food you do eat, and you just have low body fat so there's little padding on your muscles.

    If you don't hate to eat, if you don't obsessively calculate every calorie you consume, and if you don't hate the fat person you see every time you look in a mirror, then it's unlikely that you are anorexic.

    It'd be hard to achieve a muscular build if all you're eating is lunch and one snack, unless both your lunch and snack is fairly big with high protein. And, are you also drinking milk or any kinds of shakes at some other point in the day and just not considering it food? Then, you could still get muscular if you're working out.

    I mean anorexia is just a lack of appetite, so yeah, it's probably possible to have a low appetite without being unhealthy. The mental illness (anorexia nervosa) in no way goes with health, but doesn't exactly fit with what you've described so

    Like Boojum said, if you still have muscles and are a healthy weight you aren't anorexic, and are probably healthy enough.

    No, cause you're not healthy if you're anorexic. And your muscles waste away too due to severe lack of nutrition, but you said you're muscular, so you're not anorexic.
