Can taking meds late knock you out of whack all day, or is this nocibo?

I slept in this morning and took my antidepressant 3 hours late, and my head still hurts like a b**** 6 hours later... does anyone else get this?? Am I just imagining it?

    When I was on them and was late taking it, I would get this head buzzing, electrical feeling is the only way to describe it.
