Don't get me wrong but she might also have smilled at you because that was just her job, or she was smiling at someone behind you, or she was thinking why is that guy still staring at me. But on the brighter side, she could have finnally remembered your face, people change looks during four years. Or she could have finnally noticed what a great guy you are and how much you changed. But forget what I said, ask her out! All you can do is try. See if she like's coffee and what kind. Maybe one day you could take her out for coffee or even bring her some.
