I cannot make up my mind, mostly about clothing, and I'm a guy. I constantly need second opinions, to the point where I start to bother people. Also, I return often! Am I normal, or have I gone off the deep end?

you're normal...i don't return things but often times after buying something i wish i did. remember this---just because you're not like the people next door it doesn't mean you're not normal but it doesn't mean they're strange.
This is not too strange. My husband is extremely indecisive and hardly ever buys anything because he cannot make up his mind. I have to hide the reciepts for things he buys so he cannot return them. He says it is because there are too many choices of everything and he always wants the best deal. You are just being frugal.
This one is too weird to comment on? On this website, I've read about an 18 year old in a relationship with a 12 year old girl, a 36 year old virgin, and an older gentlemen who is involved with his own niece, and THIS is too weird to comment on? I'm only saying I'm a picky shopper and I return stuff.
