Can't make friends...

I got taken out of school when I was 14 cos I got epilepsy & I lost touch with all my old friends.
Now I'm not in school I don't have the opportunity to make any more. Is it normal? & will it be easier to make friends when I begin work? Thanx xx

    Go do something you enjoy.There are heaps of clubs out there where you can meet people, everything from sports clubs, to chess to dance classes. Have a go, try something new.There's a lot of people in the same position as you doing the same thing..aiming to make friends.

    omg same like i droppedd out of school last year, and plus i moved so i don't really get to hangout with ppl and im not talking to my friends as much,, i im look for a job too,
    and u will fer sure meet new ppl!! its ok sometimes its good to be with yourself..u really learn. but u will find some, don't worry
    its really normal

    U'll make friends.Sometimes it looks though i know.U can join some courses abo things u like to do.Makin friends no big deal.What important is havin real friends u can count forever.
