Let me explain what I've done to "remove" the feelings I had for my crush. I first had to come to terms with the fact that she was actually a popularity seeking bitch. I started to saturate thoughts of her with all of my anger, frustration, hatred, when ever I felt these things I thought of her until I started to hate her and once I hated her, I was able to eventually forget about her and finally say "good riddance".
