Can't concentrate during the day

when it's bright outside, doesn't matter it's sunny, cloudy, rainy, or snowing. i can't concentrate during the day. when it's night and outside is dark gives me mental concentration

    The night is quiet. Your alone and it gives you time to think as well as reflect. The distractions that come with day are nonexistent. It is a special time.
