I don't blame you. The school content perhaps does not interest you and your parents don't seem to be concerned. What I used to do for motivation was get a study partner and we'd compete with each other to see who could finish studying faster. Nerdy, but it worked great! You can also try playing classical study music while doing homework... maybe you're just being nervous. How much you put in in school is how much you get and maybe even more.
