    Only if his partner understands how hard he's working and isn't demanding of his time.

    Before you make your move, I suggest you really think whether you can be in a relationship with someone who is working this hard. With 4 jobs, he may barely have time for himself, as you see he hasn't been to the gym in months. What makes you think he'll have time for you?
