The only way in which that would happen is it you got pre-ejaculate (or... sperm if you came) on your finger and then fingered her. If not then it's unlikely.
However, if she does, indeed, get pregnant from the pre-ejaculate that was left on the outside of her vagina, keep that fucking kid. Keep that kid because that sperm seriously worked its tail off (lol get it) to find that fucking egg. That is unparalleled tenacity.

You admit yourself you didn't ejaculate any sperm which makes me wonder why you asked about getting her pregnant to begin with .
