So like me and this girl where messing around. one thing lead to another and i took out my penis. I started to rub it on her vagina but i did not fuck her. then i fingered her and after a while she started to bleed . because i was rubbing my penis or the out side of her vagina can she get pregnant!?

The only way in which that would happen is it you got pre-ejaculate (or... sperm if you came) on your finger and then fingered her. If not then it's unlikely.
However, if she does, indeed, get pregnant from the pre-ejaculate that was left on the outside of her vagina, keep that fucking kid. Keep that kid because that sperm seriously worked its tail off (lol get it) to find that fucking egg. That is unparalleled tenacity.

If you mean she was menstruating then it's highly unlikely, in fact probably impossible, she could pregnant from anything you did to her.
It doesn't sound as if you know what you're doing. If you don't want to get anyone pregnant, educate yourself about contraception, it's not rocket science
I find it unlikely with the ejaculate exposed to air that she would be pregnant , you not being inside her . I don't know about this whole segment where she starts bleeding because you rubbed your penis on her? How hard were you rubbing and were you wearing a home made cock ring or something ?
You admit yourself you didn't ejaculate any sperm which makes me wonder why you asked about getting her pregnant to begin with . You say she was bleeding because you put your fingers too deep inside her , how deep are we talking? If you just inserted your finger , you either have extremely long fingers which I highly doubt or she wasn't excited when you began to do any of this . In either case you appear to be to young to be doing any of this or if you are at an "old enough" age you need a lot of research to complete before returning to this type of activity .
