I suppose if you also connect to the school network from home in an identifiable way (e.g. using your name, or with an account), they could potentially match up your IP address.
Even if possible, I wouldn't expect that to happen though, not unless this is somehow more serious than you're making it sound. For one thing, the teacher who runs the report system wouldn't necessarily have excess to a list of what IP logged in to some other part of the network.
