Question for the girls: can a guy with an unattractive face become better looking once he hits the weights and muscles up? Can a guy with an absolute hideous face become less hideous if he gains a muscular body? Basically, does gaining more muscles automatically bring you a couple points higher on the attractive scale?
If you're average, muscles will bump you up to hot. If you're ugly, muscles will bump you up to impressively average. All imo.
What if your face is really hideous? Will muscles still bump you up a few points?

I think that the one thing that would more likely automatically ruin any chances with women than a hideous face would be a microscopic dick. Living a healthy lifestyle (good diet as well as exercise) will improve anyone's face. It can make your facial bone structure look more defined and your skin clearer. It can also help slow aging over a long period of time.
Healthy diet and excersise, even if its cardio and not body building, can definitely put better color into your face, and I'm sure that can help. Even if it only has minimal effect on women, if can definitely still make you feel better and handle life's ups and downs better I'm sure
I suppose it can help, but big muscles are not my thing. I like a guy who is toned and has muscles, but not body builder bulky muscles, I actually think it makes an ugly face even uglier. I say they look like ticks.
