Good question mate! For my 2 cents I would say yes, masturbation CAN make you lose interest in relationships, but it doesn't have to. This is no exact science, but most people would argree that consuming a large amount of porn and beating off to it can have some detriment to real life desires. However, it works different for everyone and it also depends on what type if relationship you are looking for. If you want to marry and have kids that is a different story than if you just want a girlfriend to have sex with. The best recommendation for you if it feels like a problem is to try going without it or lowering your consumption and seeing how that affects things.

In the context of your question; no, it is not.

Masturbation can be just as harmful/less as any other means of satisfaction. The problem arises when the drive for it is worth more than your relationship. This could essentially be anything: sex, a person, alchohol, shopping, food, smoking, money, you name it.

Of course, there's nothing wrong with masturbating (probably debatable). Just don't give it more regard than the things that should be more important to you, be it relationship or whatever.

I think only when you prefer masturbation to sex. Both is good, but sometimes one is much better.

It is just that to have sex you have to do all this typically -

Talk to people, try to maybe get a date or "netflix and chill", it may cost money, or maybe you wait all week to meet this person then they just cancel...

THEN if you do get to have sex - it ends up being awkward and unromantic, pressure, etc.

With masturbation and porn, it is a little satisfaction of sex but with none of the work.
