i usually jack off about 2 or 3 times a day and is fucking hard to go without masterbating one day and i just want to know if my sperm count will lower?

    Yea the count will be lower if you do it this often, but if you abstain for two to three days, the count will return to normal again. Also something else to think about is that ejaculating helps the prostate and can significantly reduce the chance of getting prostate cancer later on in life
