Are you sure they are females? Make sure if they are there's no male plants in the same area because they'll pollinate them and ruin your crop (give the female plants seeds)
Don't grow with fluorescents as your main source of light, but you can use them. Make sure they are plant blubs.
You best get some decent lighting as your main source and use fluorescents on sides and/or bottoms.
I use to grow many years back. For an average 4 foot plant you can get close to an ounce and a six even more! You're growing indoors so it's likely you'll be pushing for 4 feet.
Growing weed is legal in a couple states so I'll just go with you living in one of those states.
I brought up fluorescents because when I first started growing I used them and the stem of the plant got tall and flimsy. I didn't know at the time they suck for growing weed properly. Make sure you have access to move your lighting as your plant grows too. Keep only a couple inches from the top so your stems don't try to grow out of control and not be able to hold itself up. Also run a fan so the stem gets strong!
