You have your cancers mixed up.
HPV - aka genital warts - has a strain that is cancerous.
So no, throat cancer won't transfer to cervical cancer from oral sex.
BUT you can get HPV from someone who has genital warts which... if it's the "right" strain (if you want to call it "right") you can develop cancer

In your original post you said nothing about HPV, just about cancer in general, which is NOT contagious. However HPV *is*
And if you notice I also mentioned oral HPV below already.
