Theoretically possible yes, but I've never actually heard of it happening in humans.

Quite common in dogs and cats though, due to the extra eggs released.

It happens if two eggs are released and the woman has two sexual partners while she's ovulating the sperm could fertilize one egg and the other partner the spectra egg
