Can a school make parents lose custody of children?

Public school is less learning and more systematic child abuse. I remember as a kid getting picked on a lot. Part of it was my family had lower income than the city we lived in so I was "That one poor kid". I also remember despite a lot of kids not having lunch or lunch money, no one really noticed it. I remember everytime I complained of bullying they said I was lying and they kept threatening take me from my parents. At one time I visited a Facility my mom later told me was a group home. That I would never get to see her again. My mom seemed disinterested talking to the lady like she was just listening to a sale. Than in the car said I not going there. She told me if they didn't visit she would get in trouble with the school. So she visited and we left. She was told she had to go here or the school would have her arrested and me locked away forever. Everytime my parents complained I was being bullied the school threatened to have my parents arrested for bad parenting or have me locked away for being a liar and fighting with other students. Even when I complained several times myself that I was being picked on and they stated that was impossible and kids would never get in fight at school. I am curious though now can a school legally steal your child like that?

It won't always make the parents lose custody, second of all it depends on what the parents have done, if they have sufficient evidence then sure.

I get the feeling you are either leaving out alot of information or there was things you didnt know were going on behind the scenes. Its usually really hard to take kids from a parent and often times where theres smoke theres fire.

    • Well I left out the other instances of this happening. The piont was we were considered poor and the school disliked us. When complaining that a kid got picked on the school did not feel like dealing with it. They said it was the childs problem if they got bullied becuase they either attracted trouble by being weird or else caused the fight themselves. Which is a common issue in public schools but like its a public school. They have more money than a mom and dad. Who do you think courts gonna follow? The couslers were also very lazy and seemed to hate kids and they did threaten my parents in front of me before. I don't feel like this is legal I didn't think fighting a school board would hold up in court.

See I was the opposite I got beat up by my dad a few times growing up to the point where I had a black eye before at around 12 yesrs old. The social worker was definitely on their side. Probably depends on the school and social worker. I would get in trouble at school alot so they assumed everything was always my fault.
