Can’t catch feelings

Every time I go out with a man I think I like them until they start to like me, once they like me I will stop liking them right away and probably end things with them. In the last 4 months I have gone out with 4 different guys that were all really good guys but I found something about them I did not like, and it just soo happens they liked me a lot more then I ever liked them. I have only caught feelings for 2 people in my life and one was when I was 15 I am now 25! Is this normal?

They were probably nice guys, and nice guys always finish last.

Self awareness in relationships is a really positive thing, so good on you for thinking about your behavior patterns.

It could be something as simple as you not meeting the right person yet, or it could be some type of issue with you that causes you to find excuses to avoid intimacy. This is a good chance to have a sit down & think about the motivations behind your behavior.

    Never stop being thoughtful.

  • So one should pimp you out and treat you like a whore for a marriage proposal?

Maybe you have a fear of commitment, and or a fear of intimacy?

You're probably a cougar in development. No worries, when you are 30 years old, you'll find the perfect 18 year old guy.

You just need one to come along that doesn’t like you but “puts up with you” or doesn’t express emotions well

It’s normal to want what we can’t have. When it presents itself as something we can have it’s not as attractive as “the thrill of the chase”

My advice is to be patient and continue to observe patterns in what turns you off, to better get to know what it is you’re after. The time may come when someone is worth sacrificing some of those things.

Good luck and remember you can always just fly solo if it suits you better
